Please note that making a reservation you are understanding of the following rental policies. Rental rates are based on time out whether used or not used. All equipment is the responsibility of the customer after delivery and before pickup. All damages to equipment and replacement costs are that of new. Cancellations to orders within 10 days of the event date will carry a cancellation charge of 10% of the total order for each day leading up to the day of the event. Any cancellation over 10 days will not incur any penalty or fee for the order. Cancellations must be done by phone during business hours, no voicemails or emails will be accepted. Payment for all orders must be in full by the day of the setup, unless special arrangements with Canopy Pro's has been made. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover as forms of payment via credit card, as well as personal and business checks and cash. All orders will be confirmed by phone the week of the event prior to delivery by either Monday or Tuesday. Any order where Canopy Pro's has called and left messages via the contact number and no contact hasn't been made by Wednesday the week of the event to Canopy Pro's, Canopy Pro's reserves the right to cancel the order and apply and cancellation charges necessary. Canopy is not responsible for any damages to any underground water, electric, gas or sprinkler systems as a result of tent installation. No equipment may be dismantled or moved to another location unless given specific consent. Customer will be charged a serice charge necessary to offset additional charges for pickup.
